Some of you will remember the great lunches provided by ELM Catering during the 2007 26th ISA held in Midland, ON!  Others have experienced his higher level cuisine for Banquets, the most recent being the CNSA Hall of Fame Banquet held in Coldwater on May 27th!!   We have been able to once again contract ELM to be our Food Caterer.

He has asked to be informed with regard to any special food requirements you may have.  For example, are you a Vegetarian??  Gluten Free??  Food Allergies??
