◾Tournaments under way at Clearwater Shuffleboard Club sent along by Bob Weber

  • National Shuffleboard Hall of Famer Arlene Guerrini of Clearwater took part in last week’s tournament at the Clearwater Shuffleboard Club. Looking on at back is Frank Niziolek, also of Clearwater.  And in the pic below, we have Rosemary Otmar and Leon Lewis.

The first tournament, an open doubles event, got under way on Oct. 2 The No Two Pros event took place last week. There were some 40 participants. The next tournament at the facility is a pro doubles event Oct. 16-17. The Florida State Pro Mixed Doubles Tournament is coming up Oct. 20-23.  Spectators are welcome.
