Although we do not have “Trick or Treators” come knockin at our door here in Woodbrook Estates, we thought we would go out to dinner just to experience “a little bit of Halloween!!”
The Reeds, Bob and Linda had selected the restaurant, MoJos , and we arrived at 16:45. I had made a point of leaving my camera in the car as I knew it would not be needed in the restaurant!! HOWEVER; we had not finished walking to our table and I knew I had made a mistake. Did a quick about turn and came back with my camera. The young waitresses were in full, albeit scanty, costume!!! AND, they eagerly posed for their pix!! As I did not want to be seen as “a dirty old man”, I avoided the scantily clad portions of their fine young bodies.
The Couple behind us asked for their pic, informing me that they were celebrating 57 or 58 yrs. of marriage; they were motorcyclists. (Click on pix to explode.) Gave them my card; she will e-mail for pic.
Although we waited an unusually long time for dinner, we all agreed we enjoyed every moment of it. Conversation flowed, and the many young waitresses were more than willing to share their stories with us. A fine beginning to another winter in Sunny Florida, a winter of Shuffleboard and Fun!!
