Max Tate, acting for the US National President set the tone for the Juanita Harlow Event during the opening!!  While interest and emotion were the operative words during the opening; spirit, enthusiasm, coupled with a keen desire, became the operative words and attitudes when the 48 players began to perform on the Courts!!  I think you can see by the happiness so evident in the pic of Dan and Marti that they both were thrilled with the win!!  Marti asked that I rush her a pic in order that she could send same to her 94 year old mother!!

Most of the matches I watched on Tuesday needed the 3rd game to declare a winner.  I will now insert the 2nd, 3rd and 4th in the Main Event.  Click on pic to expand. In the next posting I will have pix of the Consolation Event.  Congratulations to ALL WINNERS; TO ALL PARTICIPANTS!
