2016 Can-Am Tournament, Saturday, February 27-28

An annual tradition! Open to all Canadian and US amateur players, you don’t have to be a club member to play. I do hear there will be a great St. Pete club member presense, so come join the fun! If you’ve never played in a tournament before, this is a great one to start with.

Entry fee: $5
Registration is Saturday morning at the club, doors open at 8 AM
The tournament begins promptly at 9 AM

Two divisions:
CAN Division: Canadian amateurs only
AM Division: American amateurs only

Saturday: the format is round robin – every player is guaranteed at least five matches.

Sunday: the eight top players in each division play in the finals. The American Champion will play the Canadian Champion to determine the winner in the final match. Prizes will be awarded to the top two American finalists, and the top two Canadian finalists, as well as the overall Can-Am Champion.

Coffee and donuts provided in the morning. Lunch available: sandwich and chips for $5.
