FL SHUFFLERS: Do take NECESSARY PRECAUTIONS!! 2016 10 06

FSA_Logo[1]I fully recognize that I do not need to remind Shufflers residing in FL about the approaching STORM. MATTHEW is potentially one of the most severe in recent history!!

Having said that, I thought it would be a polite reminder to share with you two well prepared stories about the impact of such storms!  The first is by Margaret O’Neal, now deceased.  be-prepared-storms-have-an-impact

And now I give you a summary of Gus and Marie Bondi’s experience with Hurricane Jeanne.  gus-reports-04-09-29-jeanne-hurricane-2

Let’s all hope both ALL SHUFFLERS, and ALL SHUFFLEBOARD COURTS are untouched!

  3. President Michael says:

I am not scared of a little Hurricane packing 140 mile an hour winds. I will show up to the courts for a tournament even if nobody else does. I figure that way I have a 50/50 chance of winning. (smile)

Joking aside, Floridians heed the warning these things take lives.
