Glen Peltier “HOF-pinned” by Debra Corbeil*
On May 31st, 2017, Glen Peltier was inducted by Jim Corbeil, president of the Canadian National Shuffleboard Association (CNSA). Jim’s words of induction follow:
Glen started playing shuffleboard in the early 80’s. He has represented Canada in eight international tournaments.
He was the first President of the Thames-Horizon Shuffleboard Club in Chatham during the building and first three years of its existence. He is still an active member.
Glen gives free lessons to all members who are interested in learning the skills of the sport of shuffleboard.
Glen was CNSA president from 1985 to 1987, and competed in many CNSA and OSA (Ontario Shuffleboard Association) tournaments. Glen earned the necessary points to enter the OSA Hall Of Fame (HOF).
