The SSA held their First Sask Annual Team Tournament – May 28 to May 30, 2018 at the T Eaton’s Centre, Moose Jaw, SK

There were 8 teams of 5 shufflers each, mostly from Saskatchewan,
with a few from Alberta and B.C.
Past President and tournament organizer, Aime Archer conducted the opening ceremonies.  After a successful and fun tournament,
first prize of $200 dollars was won by the
Marlene Cowling team, with team mates –
Mel Kennedy, Lorraine Swain, Violet McKee, Bob Beler.

The Sask. Representative to the CNSA Board of Directors,
Bob Lockwood, thanked the SSA for initiating,
organizing and running the first team shuffleboard tournament in Sask. He then tossed the opening disk on our new roll-out court, officially opening the tournament.

After a successful and fun tournament,
first prize of $200 dollars was won by the
Marlene Cowling team, with team mates –
Mel Kennedy, Lorraine Swain, Violet McKee, Bob Beler. Marlene is on the left; Winner of the generous gift basket is Gloria Ramage.
