Hamilton, offices of performing arts group SPARC, which hosted the monthly meeting of the Scott’s Addition Boulevard Association. Dave Gallagher, one of the developers of the shuffleboard venue at 3406 W. Moore St., spoke at the meeting about the club project which is expected to open later this month. The club will open inside a renovated 18,000-square-foot warehouse that is adjacent to the Scott’s Edge apartments, and some of those residents are worried about parking and noise.
“The last thing we want to do is be a bad neighbor,” Gallagher said.

“We do not have an anticipated vision of being open from [midnight to 2 a.m.], but we want the flexibility to do that,” said Gallagher, who is developing the club at 3406 W. Moore St. with a group of investors. He talked about the project at a meeting of the Scott’s Addition Boulevard Association last week.

It’s fun reading reports from all over; it would be nice though, if the articles stated a location.. I can’t know where in the world these streets are located.

Terry: I just conducted a search, and IT APPEARS to be in Richmond VA. Here is a quote from my search: Scott’s Addition is consistently being called the hottest neighborhood in Richmond and we need your participation to keep it growing and make it better! Stan
