Coldwater Shuffleboard was both honored and surprised by visits from three of the Shuffleboard Clubs founding members.
A brief announcement was made before the games began regarding a welcome of the visitors and an introduction was made by the Club President Carol Archer. (Pic on left.)
Ross and Isobell Matthews were made welcome by the members after an absence of a couple of years due to health reasons.
Ross was one of the Club’s original 1st VP’s.
Stan McCormack made the trip down from Bobcaygeon and arrived early, for lunch and visits with long time friends the Pollocks and the Piphers.
Stan was also made welcome at the Club by the members with a standing ovation .
Stan and his late wife Lois were two of the Clubs founding members and we appreciate Stan’s efforts to drive the distance from Bobcaygeon for a couple of games and to enjoy a…
