Glen Peltier Shares “More” from Earlier Times!!!

Part of the shuffleboard good old days.

How many people remember Gloria and David Stott and why were they so special They were both equally talented. They both knew the game. They traveled the entire circuit in their motor home and also played the entire circuit in Canada.  Usually, when you saw Dave and Gloria, you also saw Skip and Pat M’Coy.  We had tailgate parties and both couples were always there along with Nick and Vicky Klym, Maurice and Murial Baker, Dick, and Joan Cook.  George and Landy plus many others had become close friends.  Most of us showed up in Hendersonville. But what made Dave and Gloria so special??  They were the glue that held us together. Dave always had a far-out story to tell us and Gloria would back him up. Dick Cook did not have good health but was he ever a funny guy. There were many others that came and went and become close friends.  Part of the shuffleboard good old days.
